AJD Regeneration

Day Care in East Birmingham

Thornton Homecare is a new player in the homecare provision sector in East Birmingham, which is one of the most deprived parts of the UK. In response to the desperate need for day activities for older people with dementia, they have set up a Communty Investment Company to provide a subsidised day centre and mini-bus transport to take clients to the centre. AJD Regeneration is delighted to be working with them on their business planning and fundraising and have so far prepared five small grant applications.
