The Oldbury New Testament Church of God, which is close to Oldbury town centre, is acquiring an adjoining vacant property formerly in office use. The property is in a Conservation Area and AJD Regeneration has been asked to assess the feasibility and cost of converting it into a community facility serving the growing needs of the local community, and to help secure funding. Working with an architect and a surveyor, we will assess what is viable for the building and, using socio-economic data and community and stakeholder surveys, we will aim to build a case for support.
