AJD Regeneration

Our vision is for the voluntary and community sector to grow in confidence and impact as they fill gaps left by funding reductions in the public sector. But turning vision into reality can be challenging, especially when relying on grants in an increasingly competitive environment.

Most voluntary and community organisations have bags of passion, but sometimes lack the time, resources or confidence to make things happen quickly. Some companies in the regeneration business are strong on delivery but weak on innovation, because this can be seen as risky. We aim to bridge these gaps.

AJD Regeneration is led by Andy Duncan, a member of the Institute of Fundraising and a retired member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, with 35 years’ experience in strategic and land use planning, community regeneration and project management. He has prepared many regeneration plans, secured millions of pounds of grant from many different sources and managed a variety of visionary initiatives (see CV), including the award-winning Canal Corridor and Far Gosford area regeneration projects in Coventry. We work mainly in the West Midlands and have an intimate knowledge of and a network of contacts in Coventry.

We want to offer a rounded service and work with associates to fulfil your need for research, feasibility, bid writing, project management and evaluation services.
